Pre-Consultation
A pre-consultation ensures that the client’s needs are heard, met and finalized before the the requested multimedia product is delivered. Each multimedia service has a different pre-consultation process. Learn more about each service and it’s pre-consultation under the “Our Services” tab.
Event/Service
During the client’s event, we will be providing their selected multimedia service, ensuring that all previously discussed needs and outcomes in regards to the service are being met.
Post-Consultation
Once the client’s services have been produced, a post consultation will ensure that the service provided meets the client’s needs before moving onto the delivery of the chosen multimedia product(s). If client’s needs were not met during their designated service, the service will become free of charge. Delivery of Multimedia Product(s)
At the delivery of multimedia product(s) stage, the client will receive the products of their services to use as they wish in relation to their business or organization. All multimedia product services require a one-time fee in which no additional payment to Grace’s Glance is necessary after the service is finalized and given to client.
